The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a workshop to discuss and receive stakeholder feedback on how to define, measure, and improve the benefits provided to communities by the CEC Clean Transportation Program (CTP). The CEC is committed to equity, which includes how funds are allocated.
This workshop continues the effort to ensure that CTP projects are not only located in disadvantaged and low-income communities but also that these communities benefit from CTP investments.

The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a staff workshop to solicit feedback on the implementation of the new Clean Hydrogen Program created under Assembly Bill (AB) 209 (The Energy and Climate Change budget bill, Chapter 251, enacted in September 2022). This new program will contribute to economy-wide decarbonization by providing opportunities to accelerate clean hydrogen production and use.
